I really want to see that movie Couples Retreat.  Looks really funny, the sad thing is I can’t remember the last time I went to the movies.  I am almost certain it was at least 3 yrs ago.  SAD!  Better yet I would really like to go to Bora Bora.  That place looks beautiful.  I only hear about celebrities going there, like Ellen and of course the cast of Couples Retreat.  Unfortunately I will probably have to wait until the movie comes out on dvd and will probably have to wait until my kids are all grown up to take a trip to Bora Bora.  I guess that’s ok, this way I won’t have to worry about finding travel insurance.   

I don’t know though, if someone would like to send me there, I would gladly accept.  These last couple months have been really rough on me.  With the pregnancy and the lil babies being sick on and off and the few issues we had with Nicki I just wish I could get away.  Sad thing is right now I just don’t think I could leave my kids, even if it was just a week or even a long weekend.  Going in the hospital in a couple weeks and having to be there for 3-4 days will be the longest I have been away from the lil ones.  Well I was away from Lil Tony for about that long when Isabel was born but Isabel, my baby, has not been without me for more than an hour.  I mean unless she is sleeping. 

I think I will just appreciate a vacation more in a couple years, when my babies all get a little older and I can feel safe they aren’t going to kill anyone that takes them for the time we are gone.  Ah a woman can dream though. 

Since I have been watching the 3 boys the parents let me use their minivan.  I have had to bring one of the boys to pre-school 3 times and most of the week I had to drive the oldest boy to and from his bus stop.  He was picked up early one day because he was sick and didn’t go to school the next.  So I did a lot of running around this week.  It was nice though to not feel stranded. 

Tony really needs to get working on his car.  Money is the main factor that has kept us from getting it done.  It will cost several thousand to get it running.  Some days we just want to buy a junk car just to get him to and from work.  He needs to get a lot of parts and it will take time to get it running.  He won’t need any truck accessories because it is just a 2 door car, kinda small.  The Explorer that we have costs a lot in gas to drive him back and forth to work, he works about an hour and 10 min away.  Not to mention it is our family car, our nice car and I hate we are putting all those miles on it.  I am hoping after the first of the year when the holidays are over, we will be able to focus on getting his car running.

I am just not prepared for Christmas, for this year to be over.  Since my computer is broken I have to use Nicki’s.  As I am sitting at her desk, I saw a little folded paper.  Being the curious one that I am I peeked.  LOL, it was a Christmas list.  I know it is October and I should really be starting my shopping, I will probably wait until the last moment like I always do.  The good thing is Nicki’s list was really short. 

Lil Tony and Isabel should be pretty easy too.  Tony has shown more interest in cars and Isabel will play with anything.  Now for daddy Tony I am just totally not sure.  Do I get him some of the kitchen utensils that he has wanted or automotive stuff.  He has been wanting to build a go-cart or 4 wheeler so I am not sure if he would need a motorcycle jack, he has a regular jack and that may be good enough.  He also needs a lot of parts to fix his Dodge that has been not running for 3 yrs.  So I am just not sure what to get, I should probably start thinking about it though.

Not that we were able to go outside much when it was warm, now that the cold weather has approached, there will most certainly not be any outings.  It was hard to go outside before because Isabel wasn’t walking (totally) and Lil Tony, all he wanted to do was walk around.  It was hard for me to run around after him and carry Isabel so we just avoided the outside, unfortunately. 

Tony had made me a bench that is sitting on our porch.  I would love to sit on it when it rained and just relax.  Well we can probably put away all of our outdoor furniture and toys now for the winter.  It did rain the other day but it was like 40 degrees outside.  There was no way I was going to sit outside.  LOL! 
I sure did miss 4 seasons, bring on the snow! 

Even though I was a Floridian for a short period of time, well 6 yrs, I feel I have true Floridian blood.  It has been in the 40′s here most of the week and it is COLD!  I broke down the other day and turned the heat on.  My kids got sick and I decided it needed to be warm in the house to help them get better.

Tony has lived in Florida most of his life so he truly has Florida blood.  When he worked at his old job (company name will still remain unknown) he was responsible for a lot of the maintenance around the building.  He would get a lot of complaints for the a/c unit not working properly so he was constantly changing the HAVC filters.  He would be able to go in to one of his coolers with a leather coat and be just fine while doing inventory or whatever.  Well the other day he had to do inventory at his new job, he said he was in the cooler for a very short period of time and he thought his toes had froze and broken off, he said he couldn’t feel his fingers.  The refrigerations guys out here must know what they are doing.  Needless to say he has been online looking for coats and gloves with heating elements in them so he will keep warm while he is in the cooler, LOL!

Is it really Friday?  This week has been such a blur.  I have been watching my friends kids all week and I just can’t even explain how tough having 6 kids around with being 8 months pregnant. 

The kids were great I just needed to set some rules, our house just isn’t big enough for all the rough housing and running around.  Not to mention our kids don’t really get to do that it wasn’t really fair to let them do it.  It took a couple days to get it all in order and now things are going well.  I will watch them tomorrow, they will spend the night because their dad works the really late shift.  They will be at home for Sunday and Monday and then I will watch them on Tuesday.  That will be my last day. 

I just feel so exhausted.  I can’t explain it. 

Tony and I had a great day on Wednesday, it was one of his days off this week.  I felt we needed to reorganize some of our space.  With the arrival of baby Max in a couple weeks I wanted to get things in order.  Apparently Tony has wanted to do it for a few weeks too but never really said anything. 

About a month ago I packed away my crafts.  I had not been able to craft for awhile and Lil Tony just kept getting in to it.  Well I had a couple instances in the last month where I needed to make a card, I have also been wanting to get my kids scrapbooks started and since it has been packed away I couldn’t.  We decided to move “the computer room” to our room.  That way I can unpack my stuff without worry that Lil Tony is going to play with it.  Also we put the computer in our room too.  It was a lot of work cleaning and organizing the room just so, but I so like it much better. 

The old computer room will be Nicki’s room.  It is a little small but “her bathroom” is connected and I think she will like that.  Then we will move Max and Lil Tony to Nicki’s old room since it is the biggest and Isabel will stay in the room she is in, it isn’t that big so it will fit her just fine.  We get this together over the next couple months.  I want to paint the room for Nicki and get a new bed for her and new bedding.  Make the room just right. 

Also when we were moving stuff around and putting things in the basement we no longer need, Tony found an old desk that he shortened to be a Lil Tony sized desk.  We plan on leaving it in the living room for him to use to color or draw on.  We just need to find some cheap classroom chairs for him to sit on, he has been using toys and totes for now.  LOL! 

All in all Wednesday was a productive day.  Surprisingly I have also gotten a good deal of stuff done around the house this week.   My kids don’t watch TV so when it is just me and the lil ones I watch a lot of TV.  The boys I am watching, that’s all they do it watch TV so I have sort of been kicked out of the living room.  With that, I do a lot of dishes and laundry.  I also have to do a lot of running around, one goes to pre-school and the other has to be dropped off at the bus stop.  WOW!  I just took a deep breathe and it felt so good.

It seems as though each of my children are hitting a new stage in their life.  Lil Tony still refuses to talk but hopefully that will change soon.  I am going to start potty training, that will be interesting.  He has never really done stuff because he was told to, it seems more that he has let us know when he is ready.  Usually it happened well before it should have so that is why with him not talking and such, I feel stuck. 

Lil Isabel just started walking, she doesn’t really crawl at all anymore.  She is still growing teeth and she is starting to feed herself with utensils.  I can also tell she is trying to talk. 

Nicki, well she is hitting puberty .  She is friends with the girl across the street and she is a year older than Nicki and a little more into looks.  She wears makeup and is in to fashion.  A couple weeks ago Nicki started asking almost daily if she could wear makeup, finally she said ” can I just wear makeup everyday”.  She was only asking to wear mascara and lip gloss so I saw no problem with it. 

Nicki has also been asking if there are any chores that she can do for money.  She has weekly chores that she does not get paid for and was asking to do extra work around the house.  I unfortunately had to tell her that it is hard enough to get her to do the chores I ask I am not about to give more and pay her for it.  When I asked why she said because her friend wanted to take her shopping at the mall, at stores that were a little pricey.  I told her she would just have to use birthday and Christmas money for that. 

The other issues we are having is puberty, with that comes acne and other body changes.  While she was in Illinois with my dad she used some great acne products and she came home with a really clear complexion.  I will have to get that for her again.  I am going to have to keep on her though because she forgets things sometimes.  I let her wear the makeup but comes home with her eyes all black because she let the mascara run and she forgets other personal hygiene things sometimes too. 

Man kids are a lot of work, LOL!  I need a vacation, maybe one for the next 18 yrs.  J/K I wouldn’t miss raising my kids for nothing.  I am so excited to deal with anything that comes my way.
