Week 4 progress update
I am a little late on getting this posted, it has been a busy week. This weeks update is pretty good though. With last week gaining a bit and just not making the right progress, Tony said I should be eating more. Not much more only about 200 calories a day more. So if my maintain calories for the day was 1800, instead of eating 500 less on a low calorie day I ate about 300 less. Well either it worked or I found foods that burn fat because this week was good one.
Here are the results:
weight down 2.4 pounds
lean pounds up 1.29
h2o pounds up 0.79
fat pounds down 3.69
So overall a really good week. I lost almost 4 pounds of fat in one week. All with eating a little more. I also didn’t get to work out very much due to the weather and Tony’s schedule. This week I will be able to work out 5-6 days and I am also eating a bit more again. Hopefully I will be just as successful this week as I was last week.
