Still on the right track
Friday, March 12th, 2010We have gotten all our bills paid current, still have money in savings and our buffer in the checking. It is a good thing we have a buffer in the checking and some savings accounts because Tony’s boss has only been scheduling him for 37-38 hrs a week. It doesn’t seem like much but when you look at it over a month that is a substantial amount out of our income.
Tony has finally finished paying for his work clothes. They take $5 out of every check until it is paid. It feels like we have been paying forever. Plus he has money taken out for a 401k. It is really a good thing he doesn’t have insurance coming out or money to go in to a health savings account because then we really would really be hurting.
So all in all things are ok. Oh and the good thing about his hours is that as of next week he is transferring to another store, one that is busier so I am sure they will need him his 40 hrs a week. Yippee!
