We are now going on two years (I think) since having TV.  We canceled it because we just didn’t watch it enough.  What I did watch was reruns, or just stupid and addicting.  I would get so wrapped up in some reality tv shows and talk shows and never get anything done.  So we canceled TV and just subscribed to Netflix (bigger subscription plan).  The only time I really miss it is football season.  I miss watching it and having it on the TV.  I may never get to watch a whole football season again.

What would have been nice is to have watched the Superbowl and made some tailgating food and enjoyed time with the family.    Tony doesn’t really like football.  He will watch it but wouldn’t get in to it like I would.  Oh well, a few months out of the year is not worth spending all that money for cable.  Oh, I totally forgot, we did try and get cable back in December.  We had it for all of two weeks and I didn’t turn it on once.  Tony didn’t watch it and Nicki watched it a couple times the first few days we had it but that was it.  The lil ones didn’t like the commercials, didn’t like that they couldn’t “chose” what they wanted to watch and so we just canceled it.  LOL!!  Now if we can just get a wee bit cheaper internet service we would be in good shape.
